Terms of Service

I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason. I will tell you if that happens and why. (Too complex, theme makes me uncomfortable, you're being rude, queue is too big, etc.)

Send me a good reference for the character/s you want, wether it's an OC or Canon.

Do not repost the commission anywhere without asking me first.

Use it only with proper credit. (Tag me, drop a link to my social media or simply put "art by Burger Prince".)

Do not trace, edit or claim you have made the commission.

No big changes or refunds will be made once i've finished the lineart.

Waiting time may vary from 5 to 15 days. The higher the commission's total price is, the longer it will take.

You can use the artwork for personal, non commercial use only.

You can redraw the artwork in your art style, but you must credit me for the original artwork. You may repost the original artwork alongside the redraw.

You are not entitled to a refund simply because you don't like how the commission turned out.

You are entitled to a 75% refund or equivalent compensation if i don't finish the artwork within one month (30 days), unless you want to give me more time.

You must send in payment within 24 hours of confirming the sketch.

If you don't pay within 24 hours and don't explain why, I will assume you've ghosted me and will blacklist you.

In the case of an error during the payment, I will not resume progress until it's resolved.

If you need more time to complete your payment, let me know. i'm fairly flexible with hold times.

I do not support NFTs or cryptocurrencies and refuse to work with anyone that is into that. This is not negotiable.

I may or may not add the artwork you commissioned to my art examples.
